It produces round oval to oval, high set of uniformly shaped tubers with shallow eyes.

Tubers are medium sized, skin in smooth and flesh is yellow to dark yellow. Yield is high and starch content about 13%, dry matter 19 %. Cooking type B. Gala have good rhicoztonia and handling resistance.

Gala is predominantly firm cooking table potato, very good taste, almost no after cooking darkening, stable quality.

Storability is very good. Suitable for tablepotato and peeling industry.
