Choose the variety according to the purpose already in the store
Farmers and the shop help the consumer to choose a variety suitable for different potato dishes with clear color coding on the packaging:
GREEN COLOR = solid variety (salads, boiled potatoes, soups and box food)
YELLOW COLOR = universal variety (boiled potatoes, mashed potatoes, box food, sliced potatoes and baked potatoes)
RED COLOR = floury variety (mashed potatoes, sliced potatoes, baked potatoes and baking)
